Quinoa

For a Christmas present a couple years ago, Justin and I received a small bag of quinoa from our friend Sophia, who currently lives in Boliva. It's a staple food there, but not very common here; I had never heard of it before. Anyway, apparently the Incas loved it and it also happens to be very good for you. I had been meaning to try it for forever

Actually (around Nova at least) I've seen premade quinoa stuff on salad bars - at both Wegmenns and Whole Foods. I never made anything with the quinoa Sophia gave us either... It must be floating around our house somewhere... I should find it. :)
