You could have Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV), Labyrinthitis, Ménière's disease, Vestibular neuronitis, or Perilymph fistula...those are explained at that website. Is anyone checking for those things?
I'm not exactly premed, so I don't have a real good grasp on medicine or anything...but maybe that stuff will lead you in the right direction.

I think the MRI would've picked up any cerebellar irregularities or inner ear problems...so let's see...
