That's the problem! They're both equally bad and I feel equally guilty dealing with both! :(

i say just flip a coin..lol if both are equally bad, you can't feel any worse by just going with one of them. but you could just find a third option that is not as bad. what that may be i am not sure..is there a whole foods or something like that in your area??
