Summer Day

First Harvest
While taking advantage of the unexpected sunshine by mowing the lawn I ate, straight out of the ground, my first radish from my garden. Not quite big enough to warrant pulling any more, but it was yummy! The cherry tomato is blooming like mad, as are the strawberries. Do wish the sunshine would be more of a mainstay soon. I don't quite know what to write here. I miss livejournal. Facebook is nice but it is fast food compared to the finer dining of LJ. I appreciate those of you that continue to post here and will figure out something to write about here soon. -
Sunshine..on my shouldersssss...ok, it was forearms but you get the drift!
Had a pleasant run today. Second time out, I did a run last week too. I'm running less than a 20 minute mile, which is encouraging. And it feels good to be moving. It's been a long time since I've posted here. A long time since I've even read posts. Since Josh died I haven't had the desire to connect. I have a difficult time letting down walls to share anything. And now I think I might be ready to start again. Maybe slowly. Maybe just the light stuff.
