But unlikely I feel. What will be interesting is if the Tories make any significant gains in the North. If they don't and Labour loose due to hemoraging support to the SNP in Scotland and BNP/RealLabour/Others in the north then I don't think it looks good for the Union.

the union wont really matter much when we are all a part of europe. Another state among many. Devolution doesnt really matter much any more.

As thingy said: of all the words of paper and of pen, the saddest are these: it might have been...

Though I think the original idea fell at the point of the Lib Dems having enough money to fight a second election. or indeed a first one
