The Air Force has sent me on my first deployment. Last Saturday, I got recalled into the squadron at 1:00 PM where they briefed that we were being sent to Cyprus. There was a particular reason, but it evaporated after the first mission. Unfortunatly I'm not allowed to discuss it until I get back to England.

I know, I was telling Sweet that I needed to call home because you and mom are worrying about me, thinking I'm getting shot at and what not and here I'm hanging out on the beach. There has been a price, but I'll tell you about it later. We did come here for a mission, but it has since been modified. I can't really talk about it more until I get back, but I'll fill you in on the details eventually. *hug* I'm so happy that you updated us on what is going on and you are safe. I heard randomly that you were shipped out, but I had no idea where. x.X LoL, and it sounds like you got shipped out to a vacation, you lucky bastard!

Regardless, I am so relieved to hear that you are safe and sound. Do keep us updated from time to time if you can, but I know how busy one can get when in a new foreign country. ^.~
