So, as a present to myself, I cooked an awesome lunch. The menu:

For some reason, incoming mail to Albuquerque has to go through California. ??? I know this because at work, if it's UPS, it goes through Denver. Everything else, USPS, FedEx, etc., goes through San Diego. So, it hasn't gotten here yet, but I'm sure I'll love it!

All of my recipes are really just cooking methods with variations in ingredients and spices. Like, for dressings, I either use a vinegarette method or a cream method(and I use plain yogurt instead of sour cream or mayonnaise) and change up my spices. I really just chop shit up and hope it turns out well.
