Wow 26 weeks without LJ

I haven't even looked at this place for 26 weeks, I wonder if anyone missed me. So, whats going on with me. Management is not all it is cracked up to be, it is a lot more work then the staff think it is. It has really opened my eyes to why good managers get burned out quickly at my company and why many of the past managers decided to just slack
