Today I saw a problem and decided that the best solution was a recursive implemenation.  I have decided that this is a key difference between Computer Scientists and mere programmers.  A Computer Scientist has been forced to learn and understand recursion to the point where it makes sense and not using it seems silly; a mere programmer will avoid
