...how early in the morning 6:00 am actually is? And yet I now wake up most days be then without my alarm. That's something I always though only old people did. Sigh.

It must be Routine , you are taking it all out of context. After a couple years, when you wake up...at the same time every morning...and usually goto bed at the same time at night..it turns into a round sequence.
Im doing fabulous, I hope you are the same. You are a good person.
