Those eggs are phenomenal! I've got a similar recipe from Mark Bittman's How to Cook Everything, which is my cooking bible whenever I get around to cooking.
Especially in terms of coefficient of cost compared w/ deliciousness. I can't say enough good things.

It is a GREAT book. I've copied so many of the recipes from it into "my" recipe database that I usually forget where they came from.
