Having Ron Weasley as his mentor for Auror training had its pros and cons, as with all things. Victoire had taken extra special care getting ready that morning so that she could look extra special for Teddy. Sooner or later, Teddy would have to believe that her feelings for him were real and that she wasn't going to let him push her away.

Truth be told, he hadn't been sure how to approach her either. On the one hand, things between them felt far more intimate than they'd ever been, and there seemed to be romantic feelings mutually acknowledged between them, but on the other hand, it was all still so new and tentative.

Teddy, being Teddy, was happy he didn't have to decide, that she'd made the choice for him. He liked the kiss, and it made him feel less nervous, more at ease. When she took his hand, his fingers wrapped confidently around hers, squeezing once with mild affection.

"Honeydukes?" Teddy queried, overly eager at the thought of chocolate.
