So, as I was researching stuff about the Federal Theatre Project. And I came upon part of the transcript at the HUAC trials, in a testimony by Hallie Flanagan, who was head of the project for the four years it was running. Check this out

When were these trials, that no one knew who Marlowe was? It's kind of hard to forget about a guy that revolutionized the idea of redemption and condemnation in literature.

To his credit, he actually provided a large reference for a lot of modern psychology, often referenced by Jung and Freud.
