I survived my briefing yesterday. Lotta official men and womena nd green suits. Commander wnating to tear into me. Grace of God he did not. It actually went well. By the end, he was complimenting me on a great jpb. I was floored. My boss tells me afterward "He never does that." Wow. Now, back to the my clinical job.

So yes, New Year's was yesterday, I was too lazy to get on my computer and post. I am up and about 'cuz I need to go to work today and make up for the time I took of last week. That's the bad thing about a new job, no vaca time built up. But I will get there eventually.

I am done with call until sometime in Jan. And of course, I got called twice late night, and I am soooo tired. On top of that, I have walk ins to deal with this morning. Joy. I feel like I didn't really get a weekend, and it's not like I get paid extra for it. I got called Friday at midnight, then Sunday before 6am. Ugh. I went in on Sunday and did some work while I was there. It's been one of those weekends. I am soooo ready for my Christmas holiday.
