All wizards are worthy of that power. But I do agree, we have remained indifferent to the course of our own lives long enough.

I wouldn't say all Wizards are worthy of that power - that would be far too sillily democratic. The power of largely uneducated masses does not lead to prosperity and well being.

We must rise. However proletarian that may sound - we must unite into a resistance movement against the tyranny of the Ministry.
