Guys, what is the deal with LJ/6A? Can anybody tell me who the heck is running this circus, and why they haven't been beaten over the head yet? I mean, seriously. They learned nothing from the first Strikethrough in May.

Yes, again, and it is utterly ridiculous. I've now deleted my old account and backed up it as well as this one; I'm going to do a mass private-lock of my old entries and from there I'll decide what to do. I'm going to do some reasearch on other journaling services, and who knows, if the fandom-created one comes to fruition I may join that. We'll see. It might seem silly for me to be this worked up over something that doesn't directly affect me, but I feel so strongly about it that I can't just sit here and let it happen. ::nods resolutely::

I've heard rumors somewhere about a mass exodus at the start of the new year. Don't know if it's true or not, but if it is, I'll probably do that instead of GJ or IJ. I don't even know IJ, so I'd do GJ before that, and even then GJ isn't that great. We'll see; we'll see.

LMI DON'T MOVE. Pleeeease, I need you here! I need to stay in touch with you, and GreatestJouranl would be too hard, I am way too ingrained here...pleeeease don't move. I agree that what they're doing is awful, but don't let it inconvenience us. I know I'm a terrible Slytherin who has no principles, but yeah.

You've got more of a reason to stay than I do, with a paid account and all. If I had one of those I'd probably stay, too. But I really don't like staying here and making 6A/LJ think that this is just okay. I might not move just yet, it depends on what everyone finally decides to do as far as creating a fan-made haven, but when I do I'll keep this one to read and comment on your entries and such. And of course I'll give fair warning and contact info and all that stuff. But please understand, I don't like what LJ is doing and I'm finally old enough to make the decision to say, "This is bullshit, and I won't stand for it," and then actually follow through.
