Shoulders, Toes and Knees, I'm thirty-six degrees.

I think, today is a good day all around. It just feels so damn great. Of course, that could be because I got laid. Heh. Of course, the looks got this morning at work. Ohdear. I didn't know what they were looking at, because my hair is always that kind of ruffled, isn't it? Hm.

But I'm also in a good mood as my dad offered to pay for the new books I need, because the doctor in Pathology finally started taking me seriously on Tuesday when I politely pointed out that it was quite possible that guy asphixated instead of being burnt to death. Because fire produces smoke, you know? So he finally decided I was serious and gave me a list of books to get. Which my dad is paying for.

Amycus...well, he seems happy. I just hope it stays that way or I'll be administering some kind of leathal poison.

I am in a spectacular mood people. You couldn't ruin it if you tried (don't). I had a great night out, I have the respect of someone new and important AND I have a pile of new books, paid for by my dad, because he's nice. They have interesting titles, to say the least. Very cheery. Like 'The Science of Death, Dying and the Dead', a whole book on Avada Kedavra, even though it actually has no shown cause of death, so I'm imagining a book full of blank pages. I also have a 1,000 page book called 'Time's Up: How to Determine Time of Death.'

My dad always said you could tell the Wizard books from the Muggle ones (aside from the former being sold in decent parts of town) is because the magical ones make fun of their subjects, no matter how serious. Turns out he was right.
