Bad Hotmail, bad!

Yesterday I discovered a fic I need to beta read, four days old, in my junk email folder. What the HELL are Hotmail's junk standards anyway?! I get a half-dozen junk emails every week that aren't caught by the filter, and then stuff I actually WANT to read (including FA Owls, apparently, since I found one of those too) is classified as junk. Mail can be really crazy at times. Lucky mine's not on Hotmail.
I feel bad about rejecting people too, but lucky for me, I haven't been asked out on a date for ages.
