 Please God could you maybe make it stop raining.   The interior of my car is starting to mildew and every time I leave the windows open on a bright sun shiny day it starts to rain.  Yes I realize that I chose to live in Mobile and that Mobile is the wettest city in the US.  But I already did time in Seattle where it rains more days than any other

The four years my family lived in Suffolk County, Long Island, we had a full basement, though it was never finished. My Dad used it to run his "business" (that word is in quotes because his business practices were rather less than kosher).

The house was built for us on vacant, wooded land. Fairly soon into occupying the house is when we discovered that they must not have leveled the ground sufficiently because every time it rained the water found its way through the cement walls into the basement. Talk about a mildew smell.
