Can you send me your work contact info (jhdiddle at aol dot com). We are getting ready to finance a remodel on our home, but have lots of question on how best to handle such as the home is currently in my in-laws names, not sure if its best to just add us to the title and apply, if they are on the title, do they have to co-sign? Can they transfer the title to us, what does that mean tax-wise, etc. etc. Then there is the loan for the addition, etc. etc.......) We are obviously at the very beginning stages of thinking about this but want to get started as we know it can take a while :)

Unfortunately that pic is about 2 years old and before I started a cubicle job and gained 15 but I am exercising more and starting to reverse that trend how are you doing these days? And thank you for the birthday wishes.
