I look like a man!

Yes, it's true. After only 16 workouts (I'm keeping track) with Winsor Pilates, I now have that weird lower abdominal cut that Pink, Carmen Electra, and uh...who else? Oh yeah, MEN have!!! You know what I'm talking about...it looks like a funnel ( Read more... )

aww shucks... thank you!

Yes, not to worry - I think I'm incapable of being really thin. Even when I was really involved in dance, had somewhat of an eating disorder, and hadn't even hit puberty yet, I was still roughly the same size as I am now, just more muscular. :)

Aww garsh...*stammers feet* Thank you!

As for the 5x7, eventually I'll have a bunch of new pics that I will own the copyrights to, and will have some prints for sale finally (that way you won't have to go to the photographer, and you can also request it autographed if you like). I'm also going to have a section for fan contests and freebies on the new site, so I most likely be giving away quite a bit of stuff. We'll see how that develops, and I'll keep you updated!

Thanks again sweetheart! *hugs*

As long as you are doing it for health reasons and not weight loss! Exercise is never a bad thing, but you have a perfect figure, my dear. :)

Be careful you're not working out too much. Your muscles need time to rest, you should only excersize three-four days a week. I'm curious, does Pilates make your muscles really sore? I've been doing Tae Bo for over a year and I am still sore! I was thinking of trying Pilates.

Thanks for the advice! You are right, and I've slowed down a bit. Usually I don't go more than about 3 days without taking a day off, but a couple of weeks ago I went 12 days without a break! Ack!

The first couple of times that I did pilates it made my muscles sore, but now it doesn't unless I've gotten out of my routine or push myself extra hard (mostly with the stretching that is involved), but it's only a very slight amount of soreness. Even the first couple of times it wasn't as bad as it has been with other workouts. I definitely reccommend pilates, but if you are not limber you might have a little more trouble at first than some. Good luck!

I'll definitely check it out! I'm really not very limber, but I would like to be. I think part of the problem with my workouts is that I haven't been stretching enough. I think it would be really good for me to do a workout that focuses on stretching, at least a few times a week.
