You know what, I think I am going to follow your lead on this. I tried one of my veggie/fruit fasts last week and I failed to last longer than a day, but it has occurred to me that the variety I consume may not be the friendliest on my stomach [what tends to happen is an onset of nausea, demanding some grains to calm it]. The more I read, the more kind apples sound. How are you feeling?? Any sense of upsetness?
The first day (when I ate soup at night), I pooped a lot--but not diarrhea or anything like that. Honestly, my stomach feels fine, just empty. I don't have the kind of gnawing, insistent hunger that I imagined. Sure I'm hungry, and my tummy's kinda grumbly, but so far I'm doing ok. I even held out when my stepsister made some roasted veggie pizza!
