Thanks so much! And you're so welcome for the comment. I am a recovering English major, and sometimes long, rambly icon-related comments are the only way to satisfy my inner wordworm. I will hopefully get that preview up. I FINALLY finished capping a full episode, but the tutorials I've been working on are taking way longer than usual. Oh, and totally off-topic (and so, so belated), but huge congrats on the iconpraise from a few weeks back! It kind of showed me once again how subjective fanart can be, and I am totally rescinding my comment on that Skins color blocks icon in the elite-specfic app.
And hey, it's cool about the icon XD. Blocking is a popular style at the moment, and I like it, but it's all subjective. Sometimes people don't like certain styles.
Huh. I didn't quite realize that blocking was a time-specific fad. I guess it always seemed rather... timeless? I think blocked icons have been among my favorites for a while. And I really don't want to imagine regularly blending without that technique.
I have VLC and have autocapped with it before, but only with files saved to my laptop. My problem is probably more ripping related. It's times like these that I really regret having a mac. Getting it was of the worst (and most-overpriced) decisions of my life. Bah. I swear I'm going to learn how to copy DVD episodes onto my laptop as saved files eventually though -- hopefully pretty soon. Thanks so much for the tutorial reference though. I'll probably take a look and see if it, the comments there, or that comm has anything on ripping for Macs.

I'm cool with previews. Hey, whatever you wanna do ;).
Also, thank you for the AMAZING comment to my icons the other day. I keep meaning to write a big ol' reply, just haven't gotten to it yet. ♥
