Fandom's been productive in terms of the oneshots this season! *hides* And I don't think I've ever been this unproductive. As always, thanks for including me and putting together a fantastic new reading list! ;)

I think it's because everybody is afraid of being Jossed. With season 9 looming on the horizon, people prefer to write short stories - or rewrite earlier seasons.

...You? Unproductive? Hardly. One of the WIPs in this list was started in 2005. :) And you - you write excellent stuff. As I read "Embers", I feel like season 9 has already started.
