its when someone is smiling especially big and it pisses you off because youre not happy.

for example, say aba walked in on you touching your pee pee.. your day might suck. but then, in the corner of the room im sitting and grinning at you because im happy (partially because i got to see your pee pee) and youre not, and you think to yourself "that grinning bitch. i hope she eats shit."
