☭o48| in which the Russian Capital is bored (when isn't he bored?)

Aug 29, 2010 23:23

Sitting out in the rose garden, Dimitri reads silently while eating some pastries that he made on his own. The book that he's reading is One a school kid might read, but he likes it so there.
Today was just so boring and not eventful at all. So please bother him, and maybe you could probably be the ~*~highlight of his day~*~

!open, !ic, bored

[ Guess who's a tiny bundle of energy, gets into people's business, but doesn't give a fuck?

This dumbass.

The little bundle of energy is attempting to read over his shoulder, this is a major fail attempt because Dimitri sitting down is probably pretty imposing himself. But hey, this little kid has major grit, God's Team wiped out the Indianapolis Colts - he isn't afraid of anything. ]

What ya readin'?

{Shifting a bit on the grass, he snorts.}

A book.

What kind of book?

[ Attempting to peer still, being obnoxious is one of his amazing abilities. ]

{He sighs, placing his bookmark on the page he was on. Closing the book, he hands it to the child.}

It's one of your books, from your country. It's a very good read, better than Harry Potter.

Are you really reading a children's book?

{Turning the page, laying down on his belly in the grass, he nods.}

Best thing I have read in a while actually. I love fiction books, even if they are intended for children.

[she hums, taking a seat next to him after a moment.]
Do you mind? If I have a pastry, that is?

I don't mind, I hope you like cream puffs. They might be a little too sweet, I think I put too much powdered sugar in the pastry cream.

[ But isn't Jun always the highlight of his day? ;)

Quietly, Jun takes a seat nearby, reaching out to take a pastry. ]

{Oh yes, he is B) But when Jun isn't around Dimitri is bored to tears.}

My first time making cream puffs, I think they are a little too sweet. {He mumbles, never tearing his eyes from the book. For it to be an American book series, this is pretty good. Probably better than Harry Potter.}

Another thing in common; this makes me like you even more. {Turning the page, he laughs a bit.}

A Wizard Abroad, it is apart of the Young Wizards series. It's an all book series from the '80s...it's American too. But it's one of my guilty pleasures.

She noticed him sitting alone reading and much in same fashion that uses on William she eased up behind him to read over his shoulder. "Awww how cute."
