Yes I do....he's a no nonsense type of person. Just what I need.{ However it's unclear if he's making it seem like a good or bad thing.}

Accomplish what, cleaning up the mess Luzhkov left behind? I believe he can, but it will be slow. I doubt he can clean up two decades worth of mess in a year; but I have him for five years so I'm sure he'll put things in order.

If the president of all people nominated him, then Sobyanin must be something. I really wish I could meet him in person though.
