It is snowing, and it is so pretty!  Big soft flakes swirling down to cover the ground. I was working diligently in my office, with my back to the window and when I turned to stretch...Snow!!  Unfortunately, I didn't dress for snow, so I will be rather wet and chilly getting home today.

I have made the plunge and have made a vid!

I have always loved vids, and have wanted to learn how to make them for a very long time.  Now I know how.

This idea struck me for an NCIS vid a while back and when I finally got my arse in gear, the creative process burped this vid up.  I apologize for the choice of music, but it had to be done.

Happy Victoria Day fellow Canadians.

God save the Queen etcetra etcetra.  It's a bright and sunny day here in Winnipeg.  I'm a bit at loose ends now that I don't have thesis-stress.  I spend inordinate amounts of time petting the puppy and cooing over how adorable he is.

There was much rejoicing yesterday as I sent off a hard copy of my completed thesis to my supervisor for final approval.  All 279 pages of it.

It's hard to believe it's done!

Then, I got an email from her with a date for the defense.  July 24 or 25.  Eleven days after I get married.  Yikes!  July will be busy.
