it sure is - Etrigan aka Jason Blood....except as a baby

it's from this absolutely brilliant episode of Justice League Unlimited where Green Lantern, Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman are transformed into eight-year olds to fight this wizard kid, basically....and one of the traps he springs on the Justice League is baby Etrigan, who does many comical things, such as escape from the playpen Green Lantern makes for him, and cries, and burps fire, and poops his diaper. it's fantastic. everyone should see it at least once.
