[Warden Filter Minus Howie | Audio]
Due to recent developments and discussions, and the need for Cooper to act independently under the assurance he would no longer take the Barge hostage, I had very recently returned his gun as you would return someone's powers. He's a CIA agent. It's part of his job and the job he'll returning to when he leaves her. I had planned to make a public announcement but I was placed in the infirmary before I could do so.
Whether you look at this morally or rationally, his actions were inappropriate to the situation. His gun's been permanently removed and disassembled, and he won't have it returned until he's graduated. Keep in mind if you speak to him, moral arguments aren't going to help because he kills people for a living. It's what he'll go back to do. But he needs to be rationally informed of his errors.
I will take any further disciplinary action under advisement. I would also like to know if his involvement was encouraged in any way. [And if anyone rails at him, he's just going to ignore them. He's spent the last few days in the infirmary and isn't feeling all that good.]

If Will Graham returns, I'm putting him in charge of monitoring Cooper when I'm incapacitated. [Someone wants to have ~*a talk*~]

[Message sent later.] Cooper, I spoke with Svetlana. She said that you did hesitate. And she also said that she didn't directly ask that you not kill her. But she doesn't really want to be around you for a while, so I would appreciate it if you avoided her if you saw her.
[He would prefer that Sveta be honest if they happened to bump into one another, but it's not his choice. He just has to deal with his inmate the best that he can right now.
At least he can remind Cooper a victim is still a victim, even if they're brought back to life.]
