Many years ago I was humped by chinchillas.

In other news, I now have a black plastic skull at work with a plasma globe in its cranium. We had an office tidying session and it was one of the things that turned up.

I went on a St John Ambulance first aid course today because I am an appointed first aid person at work. It was a very interesting course and I would recommend that everyone should learn first aid - it should definitely be compulsory in all schools for a start. I learnt these things:

• Some legislation
• What should be in a first aid kit
