I went to Marlow Bottom today to rehearse a piece a small group of us is doing at the Wooburn Singers choir dinner which is next weekend. We are singing Italian Salad which is a fun piece with lots of italian music markings set to four part harmony with a baritone solo.

I have many photos to put onto my web site from bardcamp but I have been slowed down by various things:

• There are hundreds of them and I'm now a lot fussier in my old age
  
• We have a roz_mcclure who is lovely and wonderful and sooo cute and flirtable-with
  
• I have been singing, sleeping, working, driving and watching TV (not all at the same time)

I went for a bike ride today. Good for exercise. Not so good for staying warm and dry. The path by the Thames has kind of turned into a mud slide. Ok, complete exaggeration. There was some mud. Some of the mud got onto the bike. Ok quite a lot. And it rained. A lot. But it was fun. Short sentences. Good.

I feel strongly that the government should not replace Trident. Britain should encourage other countries to get rid of nuclear weapons. Some links:

After four years of being evil_nick (almost to the day - spooky) I have realigned my identity towards mostly_a_cat. I have come to realise that:

• I am not evil.
  
• Being evil without hurting or upsetting anyone is almost impossible but quite entertaining.
  
• I am really quite cat-like.
  
• I am still called Nick.
