i got it done here in town. an artist that has done a few other tats for me. he drew it and came up with the concept. :) he's a good guy.

there's not much meaning behind it... just original work from my tattoo artist. he wanted some custom pieces done for his portfolio and such (so that means cheap for me!).

ahhhh, that is fantastic! i agree with reid - the shading and colors are exceptional. that's a big piece, was it all in one sitting?

isn't new ink the greatest? i'm currently 9 hours into a sleeve. the outline is done and a fair bit of shading and coloring, too.
