I just started crying while reading livejournal...right, so as much as I love it here there's seriously something lacking and I don't know what it is and I wish my parents would call me or email or something and I wish I had a friends who was a boy here and wasn't sketchy and I wish france had more computers and I wish I could always articulate ( Read more... )

Sweetheart! Hang in there. I know it's not really helpful, but things will get easier. We all miss you terribly. Some things to take your mind off the loneliness: explore the city more, eat some amazing food, see a movie (maybe in English with French subtitles for a taste of the States). Do something to completely immerse yourself in France (moreso than you are already doing!) so that you can have some experiences where you're completely distracted and enthralled by the country! We'll call very soon! We love you!

I miss you so much. I tried to call you, but because I no longer have any access to a land-lined phone, I can't (cell phones are annoying like that). I know how you are feeling... It's hard feeling like something is missing and you can't quite place it. Just try and find things that you really enjoy and that make you really happy. I'm so proud of you and, if you ever want to talk, I'm always here, whenever you need me.
