Why do I love this job?

It started a while ago. Things were fantastic at work. I loved my job, my coworkers... everything. Then about six months ago it started to get bad. The people I worked the morning shift with were pushing all the responsibility onto me and soon I was expected to do fifteen hours worth of work in just eight. My coworkers started complaining to
