Last night I went on a Disney movie kick on youtube and I had some opinions on them... wanted to write something,but after staying up til about 7am watching them,I didn't feel like writing anything about them at 7am!
Before I ACTUALLY get started on them...Just wanted to say that I'm NOT much of a HUGE Disney fan,but was talking to buster126 about them,and got in the mood too,he even watched one that I found for him LOL Also if anyone can find me the Anastasia movie in ENGLISH... please let me know,would LOVE to actually watch it,I never got too before!
The New Tinkerbell movie - Okay,it was cute and beautiful in the colors and scenery but OVERLY sweet and girlie the first voice you hear is light,girlie and almost musical.. then to get into the movie,you almost feel BAD for Tink! But,I have to agree with my friend spootyatm about how Tink was WAY out of character...Tink is actually like this little bitch who causes mischief and actually LIKES it..She's not this sweet,innocent wanting to GENINUELY help type character....and that's how they portrayed her! Oh,and then she had like a little boyfriend in the movie...WTFUX?!?! LOL And they even tried plugging in WENDY but failed ( in my eyes LOL ) ..... For the most part it was just CUTE! It was ALRIGHT
Beauty and the Beast - Some may not agree with me,but I actually LIKE this movie,Belle is being chased after by freaking Gaston this highly cocky egotiscal asshole not because he actually LOVES her,but just so she can be his TROPHY wife...though she's got HIGHER goals for her life,and was so much more intelligent than him..then she's captured by the Beast.... Then,after a while she starts to see PAST his Beastly self into something more....At first glance he wasn't what she wanted until she could see past his appearance...that's what the whole thing was about...not letting appearances bother you so much..making you see past that into the persons HEART...she fell in love with him,and it made my heart all warm...Then,at the end when he changes into his human form,because he was able to love and be loved...she couldn't tell it was him,because she grew so accostumed to his beastly self..but when he stared into her eyes and she looked into his...She was like " Oh it IS you!!" and kissed him.....Oh man,dudes I CRIED in this movie,like a idiot..even though I KNEW what was going to happen and everything...I still cried like a girl..I'm so soft ..LOL
The Little Mermaid II Return to the Sea - Since I LOVED the first one,and I know almost ALL girls loved and WANTED to be Ariel Amirite?! I knew anymore after the original wasn't going to be as good,because Disney likes to take GOLD and turn it into SHIT ( a play on there we take shit and turn it to gold mehehe) I watched it,Ariel after leaving Atlantica and married to Eric and living all happily ever after..they have Melody but after Ursula's Sister Morgana tries to hurt Melody Ariel FORBADE her to go NO where near the sea..for fear of Morgana! But Melody is JUST like her mother and basically defies her every chance she got... even succeeding in stealing the Tritian and GIVING it to Morgana! Buuuuuut man,NONE of the characters were the same,Ariel was TOO matured (when she's supposed to be headstrong and a stubborn little mischief maker,Flounder - just wasn't his lil normal Guppie self...Sebastian - I dunno,somehow annoyed me! Eric was too "soft" or something from the fierce I LOVE ARIEL SHE'S MINE from the first movie! Melody - just....dunno...Just..I liked the movie ALITTLE..but,it NEVER did justice to the first..Why Disney likes fucking with the classics and destroying them,I will never know!
