i'm debating on finding a new job; a morning shift. i like working for movie gallery, but i just don't get enough time with allie with this new manager, he WON'T CLOSE the store unless he is absolutely forced to by someone calling in and he can't get anyone to cover. he sets me to close 5-6 days out of the week. and i'm usually only off while allie

Geez, I would almost think with all he makes everyone do, it would be illegal ...seriously! And I don't blame you for wanting to leave. I like most of the crew working there, but you should be at a store that will treat you fairly. I know Allie has been upset lately because she rarely sees you nowadays. Noone is blaming you ...It sounds to me like you are the most responsible manager there (aside from Tammy). I wish you luck with whichever route you decide to take! *hugs*

He and Tammy together would make a really great manager-assistant manager team. Whenever he works with her, he's home no later than 10:45 on Sunday through Thursdays.

From what I have seen (and I don't know everyone there), he and Tammy are the hardest working people there...and the ones that get treated like crap the majority of the time, it seems. :(

i agree with all of you i have been thinking on something i don't know if you would be intrested in it but i want to move back closer to my mom in mississippi do you think you could get transfer. i mean it would be like in a year or so. just something to think on....
