Iana loves her kids and she knows Bolly suggestion comes from a good place, but one day's notice to book out enough space at Adrienne's for all the kids, family, and friends is really pushing it. Bolly is very pleased by his great idea with no problems. He hopes Aunt Summer is here, so he can introduce Sylvie, but that's a later problem. For now he has a menu to peruse and so many tasty things to choose from.

[beingmari]

"Bolly! I loved your idea," kiss, kiss! He might have a menu and he should still use it, but Mari has brought him a sausage roll anyway.

[snakehalf]

"Bonjour!" European hello kisses, whee! And they come with food. "Merci beaucoup! J'adore les, um." Bolly frowns. "Saucisses en... Pâtisserie?" He gives up. "I don't think that's correct!"

[beingmari]

"Oh no, you're doing very well. I think you can just say sausage roll," she thinks about it, "Saucisson brioché isn't the same at all."

[snakehalf]

"That's when they put a sausage in a loaf and slice it, right?" Bolly nods. "That's completely different."

[beingmari]

"Yes, I think so. Pistachio, too. It's, hmm...a choice," her face betrays which choice: a bad choice.

[snakehalf]

"I'd rather have a hot dog," Bolly decides. "Then you can put mustard and ketchup on it. When you eat stuff, do you think the baby tastes it?"

[beingmari]

It's possible to see Mari's entire thought process as she thinks. No. Yes? But...no? No, most likely no. In the end she settles on, "I don't think so, no. But I'll look it up, I don't want to tell you the wrong thing."

[snakehalf]

"Okay. It would pretty cool if they did. You'd have to eat all sorts of things so they aren't a fussy eater. Oh!" He suddenly remembers. "Thank you for picking my name! That's really cool! And it's a great name, too."

[beingmari]

"It's a very nice name, we think the baby will like it. Your list was very helpful, it's so hard picking a name."

[snakehalf]

"There are so many good ones!" Bolly admits, "I had a hard time cutting down my own list. Aimee had lots of useful suggestions."

[beingmari]

"Her names were very good too. In a long time maybe Jax can use them," in a very, very long time. The boys are adults but not that much, definitely still boys until they hit...oh, maybe thirty five. Mari reserves the right to push it back more, as needed.

[snakehalf]

"Uh." Bolly simultaneously wonders why she said Jax and not Dae, and tries to picture Jax as a father. Jax does not seem to Bolly like someone you could put babies on. But now he's picturing Jax covered in babies and it's actually pretty hilarious. "I think Jax would be a very grumpy dad," he decides, trying very hard not to giggle.

[beingmari]

Mari doesn't try hard not to giggle, not at all, "Maybe! It'll be a long time before we find out!"

[snakehalf]

“I’d like kids, I think. But not until I’m super old, like forty. And I still don’t want to date. I’d adopt,” Bolly decides. Adopting is cool.

"That's a very responsible plan," she approves.
