Calmly walk up to their apartment, and say who you are. Then, ask in the sweetest, most guilt ridden voice ever: "I was wondering if you could tell me what time every morning you'll be starting construction? I'm a student at NYU and I have an early class, and would like to leave before you begin so I can avoid the noise"

Then, invite them to your show.
