Some guy in Arkansas is suing McDonalds, the franchise owner, and the store manager because he lost his cell phone there, and the naked pictures of his wife showed up on the internet. That's the dumbest thing I've heard in a while.

That might be the dumbest thing ever. Even more dumb that suing over spilling hot coffee on yourself(and that's pretty dumb). I hope that case gets thrown out.
