we had our final on site field trip for our high renaissance art history class today. we went to balogna, which is famous for the creation of the Caracci family and the worlds first university which is still functioning today. it has been my favorite city we've visited in italy. the list goes as follows (in order of my liking): balogna, lucca, rome

I don't think I've posted anything to you since before Thxgvng. Glad that you had a good one there. We went to my family in Stockton. Every visit there is precious with my centenarian grandma. She's about a 2 years younger since her birthday actually. It's an amazing thing. She got so much good energy at her party that she just blew up. The old haggard dying person left and my grandma returned. Jeeze, what will I be like at 100? I cannot imagine. Life's little secrets. One cannot imagine the next phases. Just keep it rolling in the direction of more... bliss. So I've been able to get into the water a bit more lately. It was huge this weekend. And clean, sunny conditions. Perfection. Mav's was 30'. It is so wild here. Insane. I love it. When you make it back to our world I have so many cool things to show you. SF rocks.

sounds like a sweet dream. i would like to hang out with this grandma of yours. and if she has that much energy, i have no doubt you will still be surfing on your 105th birthday. i cant believe mav's! so insane. i cant wait to see you and talk to you for hours. do you think it would be possible to spend a little time together upon my return?

Heck yeah!. We're counting on it. Aunt Sib will want to take you to get a cupcake. I'll take you to Fort Point. We'll have a grand time and try to top the old country.

i cant wait! i cant wait! i cant wait! will you tell her that ill have the dates to change my ticket next week and that i am counting down the days until i can hug and kiss you guys! and that every sweet thing i eat i think of her.
