I'm glad you arent the "italian type", it gives me less to worry about lol. Just dont fall in love with your hot teacher and never come back!

Dont worry too much about materialistic things, like you said memories are worth much more. But dont forget to keep your eyes open for really cool little trinkets that dont cost too much. Later in life you will look back on those things and they will be priceless because of all the memories tied into them......money comes and goes but this is an experience you will never forget.

im sure she'll get good pesto while she's here. you can pick up some olive oil when you get here. i have to say, its the best olive oil ive ever tasted! and i found a woman in the market whole sold me two large bottles for 15 euro.
