last thursday i was in my drawing class, on a break and saw my friend jess accompanied by her parents. she asked me if i was excited for dinner that night and i had no idea what she was talking about. apparently her parents offered to take the four girls in my house and jess's three other roommates to a fancy dinner, i just didnt get the memo. omg that meal/night sounds amazing!

you're going to have so much fun in paris! im so excited you and lahaina get to experience that together! please please please drink wine by the eiffel tower when its glowing blue and sparkling at night. trust me, its really just one of those things you have to do!

i forgot to mention that those martinis they bought us were 20 euro each, so ridiculous!

i cant wait to be in paris! we actually booked at a different one for a few reasons, mainly because i didnt have the final word and the girls wanted to stay somewhere in the latin quarter, which is where our hostel is.

i promise to do so and take pictures so you can be there too!

o my goodness! that meal does sound wonderful & fun!

& ALL THAT ART o my goodness again! thats so amazing.
we just finished the caravaggio section in my art history class i be those have to be so stunning in person...
well im sure all of it is! o panda, this is all so awesome!

they were a-ma-zing in person, i was honestly speechless. it was all really cool. i bought you a little som som at our last church stop on saturday night. i just need to get it in the mail.

I am so excited to hear about your dinner! What was the place called? I want to know what you ate. You sound like life is pretty grand for you right now, go with it. Here...it is getting cold at night, my big kids went to homecoming and had a blast, Sam is well, Sam. Making friends wherever he goes. John & I are having a pond & firepit built in the backyard, and moving the hot tub out into the woods. My hair is now lime green (just kidding) other than that life is GREAT!
