I'm definitely willing to write you an in-depth review on my blog and on my GoodReads and Amazon pages, but unfortunately simply does. not. work. for me? Is there a way to sidestep that? If you give me your e-mail, I'll e-mail you about it too.
As to how get more readers and more reviews: join a bloghop. A bloghop can mean two things: a) you join a promotional bloghop and every person that leaves a comment/clicks on a rafflecopter on your blog earns the chance to win a blogprize (like a copy of your book as the first prize and book swag as the second and third prizes) and an ultimate big prize (usually sponsored, usually only given out by the organising blog, usually something like a Kindle Fire) and b) you do an author's bloghop, which means that your books will be promoted/reviewed on several different blogs and/or you do guest posts on those blogs and at the end of the post promote your own book/promise to pick out someone from the comments to give the book to.
Thanks for your comments. LJ is being stupid and I am not getting notifs, and then they mark perfectly reasonable people as spam. Will look out for your tips!!
Goddess Fish Promotions apparently promotes you on a number of blogs for money, but they're definitely not the only ones who do this and I know there are some free ones out there. You can also of course join them as a blog where other authors can promote themselves (guest post or review) - this will in turn bring more traffic to your blog from people who are hopping for prizes
