Had a nice weekend north. Saw a property I liked just minutes from Third Place Books. (Lake City Forest/Shoreline area.) 28,000 sq. ft, 3bdrm that isn't a dump, for barely under my price range. The land is a long wedge and I'm guessing there is no access to the upper portion, hence sub-divideable or not, it can't be done practically
