OMG! How did I miss that you had a novel out???? It's so hard to keep up! I'm definitely going to get it and read it! Looks fascinating (and I'm a dog lover)! Congratulations belatedly! I'm ashamed and embarrassed to have missed your great news!

Thanks so much for your well wishes! And yes, STRAY is definitely one of those books that has appeal for the dog loving faction. No need to feel shame, either! This on-line community is not unlike a high school cafeteria swarming with so much wonderful news and sharing--I have a tendency to hang out in the corner and listen, so it's easy to overlook me. :)
