[Balin happens to be jogging through the park today, in his AFS physical training uniform. He doesn't have that gun or the holster, but he does appear to have a sidearm of some kind holstered behind his back.]

[He notices Ukraine in the park, and can't help but watch her as he jogs by ... very nearly running into a tree and clumsily catching himself before smacking into it.]
