Mhm...Yes, it seems they are gone, but there is a difference in their fates: Nobodies fade into the abyss, while those with hearts return to Kingdom Hearts. If Riku is truly dead, I suppose you could say his heart is at 'peace'.

I care nothing for their deaths, they were both fools anyway. On a another note,Xehanort,..be forewearned. Treachary is not something I easily forgive. So stay out of my way if you know what's best.
