diaper rash

Lillian developed the WORST diaper rash i've ever seen - i don't know if it was something she ate or what.  nothing new as far as clothing/diapers/environment goes.  the rash is pretty wide-spread and is really red and ugly/angry looking.  lots of raised bumps. 
help!  i put on diaper cream and i'm trying to let her go w/o a diaper as much as

E just had his first really bad rash too! Calendula oil (the pure oil from the health food store) cleared it up in hours. I swear by that stuff.

Does it look like a yeast rash? If so GV would help (but stain, as you probably know).

Sounds like hives.

Try giving her a luke warm bath and call the ped.
