The whole point of C&H is that time was frozen at age 6. Watterson even ended the strip because he couldn't move the character forward without losing his Calvin-ness.

I really respect the guy. He could have made millions dragging it out, but he didn't. Whoever did this illustration totally missed or dissed the point.
